Birmingham Airport (BHX)
Saudia has operated a non-stop Birmingham to Jeddah service, taking around six hours fifteen minutes. Birmingham International railway station sits a short walk from the terminal via the Air-Rail Link, and is a short train ride from Birmingham New Street.
This is also the one city on this list where Al Musafir Travel has a staffed office, on Great Charles Street Queensway, if you would rather plan your trip in person.
Manchester Airport (MAN)
Manchester has arguably the strongest non-stop option of the three: both Saudia and Virgin Atlantic have operated non-stop Manchester to Jeddah flights, taking roughly six and a half hours. The airport has its own railway station and Metrolink stop.

London Heathrow (LHR)
British Airways resumed a year-round non-stop London to Jeddah service, and Saudia also operates the route, at around six and a half hours. London travellers also have Gatwick, Luton and Stansted as alternatives, which can be worth comparing depending on your dates.

This is worth knowing before you assume a direct Madinah flight exists: as things stand, Birmingham, Manchester and London itineraries to Madinah all typically involve a connection, commonly via Jeddah, Istanbul, Cairo or a Gulf hub. What actually matters when comparing airports
Total door-to-door time (including getting to the airport), the real price once transfers and baggage are included, and how far the arrival airport leaves you from your first hotel all matter more than which airport is "closest" on a map.
