The Heathrow to Jeddah route
British Airways resumed a year-round non-stop London Heathrow to Jeddah service, and Saudia also operates the route, at around six and a half hours. As with other UK cities, there is currently no non-stop London to Madinah service; those itineraries typically connect via Jeddah, Cairo, Amman or Istanbul.
Heathrow isn’t always the only option
Depending on your dates, Gatwick, Luton or Stansted may offer a better-priced or better-timed connecting itinerary. We compare across London airports rather than assuming Heathrow is automatically cheapest or fastest for your dates.
Getting to Heathrow
Heathrow is served by the Piccadilly line, the Elizabeth line and Heathrow Express from central London, so most London postcodes have a direct public transport route without needing a car.
